April 1st…a FRESH new month! :)
So tomorrow starts a new month..which always gives me GREAT motivation to start fresh myself! I’ve done some ‘playing around’ over the past few months with different eating styles, the most recent being Atkins…and although I DID lose about 10 pounds over the course of about 5 weeks…I never felt like it was something I could do forever.
So, I’m going back to what I KNOW works for me…and thats simply, counting calories.
I have a few vacations to look forward to, and overall want to just feel more STABLE about my weight…its such a time consuming thing to be sitting there thinking about food, what to eat, what not to eat, etc. all the time….So my goal is to FIGURE THIS OUT…and move forward to my ‘happy weight’….
I hope everyone is doing well…..and I hope to find some motivation buddies who will help me reach my goal…:)
